Medium Of Instruction
Courses are conducted in English, Hindi, and Malayalam. Written examinations are also provided in these languages. Please specify your preferred medium of instruction during registration. In special cases, other languages may be used for training purposes.
Practical
We focus on providing a comprehensive understanding of the module’s history, origin, and basic terms. Emphasis is placed on grasping the fundamental principles and philosophy behind each module, as they are crucial for practical application.
Internship
Students will have the opportunity to work in a simulated work environment where they can interact with guests, provide treatments, handle reception duties, perform guest consultations, and practice product sales. This experience builds confidence and develops essential skills in guest service.
Evaluation
Upon completion of a course, each student receives an Appraisal Form. This document provides an assessment of the student’s strengths, weaknesses, passed skills, overall grade, and valuable recommendations from the instructors.

Research & Assignments
Students are required to conduct research on topics related to the spa industry or as suggested by instructors. This encourages independent study and a deeper understanding of the subject matter.
Examinations
Regular assessments are conducted after each module, and a comprehensive final examination is administered at the end of each diploma course. The final examination includes a written examination (MCQ format) to evaluate theoretical knowledge and a practical examination to demonstrate hands-on skills.
