General Information
- The Training Institute offers various courses in Spa and Ayurveda practices.
- The Institute operates from Monday to Saturday with class timings from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
- All students must adhere to the schedule and attend classes regularly to complete the required training.
Enrollment
- Admission is confirmed only upon payment of the registration fee and course fees.
- The Institute reserves the right to cancel a student’s enrollment if the fees are not paid within the stipulated time.
- In case of cancellation, the student must notify the Institute at least 7 days before the classes start.
Attendance
- Regular attendance is mandatory.
- Any absence must be communicated to the Institute in advance.
- Students who fail to meet the attendance requirement may not be eligible to receive the course certificate.
Code of Conduct
- Students must maintain a professional and respectful attitude towards fellow students, instructors, and staff at all times.
- Disruptive behavior, disrespect, or misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the Institute.
- Students should dress appropriately in accordance with the Institute’s guidelines.
Fees and Payment
- Course fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the program unless otherwise specified.
- Fees are non-refundable once the course has started, except in cases of medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances, subject to the Institute’s approval.
Course Material
- Course materials and resources will be provided by the Institute. Students are expected to take good care of these materials.
- The Institute holds the copyright to all course materials, and they must not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior consent.
Certifications
- On successful completion of the course, students will receive a certificate, subject to meeting all the course requirements.
- Certification may be withheld if a student does not complete the coursework or meet the attendance requirements.
Health and Safety
- Students are advised to inform the Institute of any health conditions or allergies that may affect their participation in the training.
- The Institute maintains a safe and hygienic environment, but students must follow all safety protocols outlined by the Institute.
Liability
- The Institute is not liable for any personal injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property that may occur during the course of the program.
- Students are responsible for their own well-being and safety while attending the Institute.
Changes to the Terms
- The Institute reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time.
